They have yoga here too! Absolutely loved the B belly dance yoga class on Monday morning. It was so fun and a solid work out. Also great advanced class on Sunday at noon with Melissa. FYI, the gentle class on Monday late morning is very very gentle. And you need to sign up for the weekend classes in advance because we tried to do the Sunday noon gentle yoga and it sold out.

Good people and friendly staff. I am thankful for Vitalty being here in town, visiting every few months helps keep my spine healthy and manage back pain from being in front of a computer all day. Dee has taught me several stretches I can do at home to help prevent muscles from seizing up and they have helped greatly.

This is a one stop shop for me, the chiropractic treatments are like no other I have had, Brodie is great!
Emily does amazing massage topped off with a hot towel that she gently trickles over your back, so good!
As for the yoga studio, it's beautiful with a skylight for natural lighting. Best of all is Melissa, she is incredible! A highly skilled, very well versed teacher who has a dedicated following.
Awesome staff with professional service keeps me coming back.
