Service was very good. Showed up 2 hours later than scheduled however ... prompting me to call the shop to confirm the service was actauuly going to happen today as planned. think I was over-charged on hours. The crew arrived at my place at 11;45am and left at 1:00 pm. Not sure why I am being chraged for 2.5 hours of labour. I think this invoice should be adjsuted. I will call you tomorrow to discuss.
Dave and his team at A-3 took care of us throughout our new build, covering all of the plumbing, heating and gas installations. Our main source of heat (and cooling) is in-floor hydronics with Arctic heat pump and gas boiler backup. The system works like a charm, even through the recent cold snap. Dave worked seamlessly with us, our general contractor and electrician and remains available and very responsive to our questions as we “break-in” and familiarize ourselves with our fabulous system during this first year of operation. Without hesitation we recommend A-3!
