We feel so lucky to have found Purcell. We chose one of their designs and worked with their team to modify it to fit the needs of the land. Hart and the team were easy to work with from the beginning. Best of all they followed through on all of their commitments and when small mistakes happened they took full ownership and fixed them quickly. They were on budget and on time. We have been living in our home for nearly two years and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
These guys came on a sunday with no notice to clear my clogged pipes. What might have been an easy job turned into digging up the yard, pulling out all the old plugged pipe, putting new pipe in. They were here well into the night. Committed to get the job done and I couldn't be more grateful. They are professional all around top notch! Highly recommend.

We recently had our popcorn ceiling fixed with new gyprock. Got a very reasonable quote from Dr. Drywall and went with them. The guys were very efficient, professional, hard working, and had excellent work skills. The final outcome was amazing and we were very pleased. Dan is very frank and honest in his assessment of what our roofing needs were and he laid out the options of what could and should be done. He is uncompromising and refuses to do a quick and dirty job or take short cuts. If you want the job done correctly, Edge is the 'go-to' company in the Nelson region. Our roof was a multi-day job. The crew arrived early, worked quickly and left with barely a trace of having been here.
Ryan was awesome, he came the next day, and although he didn’t have the part right away to fix my broken spring, he got me going until the part came in. He came and fixed it as soon as it did, and did some additional maintenance to improve the operation of my garage door.

I moved to Nelson from Vancouver about five months ago and have had two haircuts with Bailey since. I’ve never left a salon review before, but I’m so thrilled with my hair both times that I had to share. It’s been a while since a haircut truly wowed me, and I’ve tried many salons at various price points over the years. These last two haircuts with Bailey are hands down my all-time favorites—they’ve got me excited about my hair again. I left the salon loving my hair and continue to love it every day.
The salon itself is adorable, and Bailey is incredibly sweet and extremely talented. I’m not the best at explaining what I want, but she was patient and guided me through options that would work best for me. I’ve faced some health challenges that have affected my hair and self-esteem, but Bailey was so non-judgmental that I felt comfortable sharing my struggles. She helped me find a practical solution to keep my hair longer, and I left feeling pretty instead of anxious like I did when I entered the salon.
As long as Bailey is working and I’m in Nelson, I’ll be her client. Highly, highly recommend!

Matt from Micah’s arrived right on schedule. He completed the job - servicing our heat pump - efficiently, well within the time period that was allocated. He let us know how best to keep the heat pump running efficiently between servicing. We will definitely have him back for next year’s servicing.
A-3 installed a mini-split heat pump for us. Crew was fantastic, clean, and we're really happy with units and the way they were installed. Would recommend!
