We recently had flooding in our Nanaimo office. Twin Peaks plumbing was called on a Sunday and Mike was there within 15 minutes. He made the difference between what was a mess and what could have been horrendous damage. He was quick, courteous, and professional, he got the job done and I would definetly recommend this company in the future.

Mike arrived early (much appreciated) and after looking at our plugged drain proceeded to clean it out. First attempt was unsuccessful and needed a snake to get to the clog. This was successful and we had a draining sink again. Mike was the professional and we much appreciated his get it done attitude. We would recommend Twin Peaks for any similar work and would use them again if necessary.

I had a lot of questions that may have seemed silly but both Tim & Scott answered all to my satisfaction I have 5 appliances to be checked and now I feel confident that I’ve done what I felt necessary in order to be comfortable in my home.
