With my first adjustment I could feel my nervous system take a big sigh as if a lot of tension was let go. I have had my share of traumas to my body over the years and tried many kinds of treatments with limited sucess. Working with Dr Norm for the past couple of months I have noticed improvements in flexibility and posture and have a greater understanding of just how important spinal health is to my overall health and well being.
