Found everything so quickly. Good stock and staff asked me if I needed help, not the other way around. Self -Checkout has lots of friendly assistants who were more than happy to help. And the store was very clean too. Five stars!

I was at this location Oct 17,2021 and must say my experience at Home Depot was far greater than expected. We recently moved to Nanaimo this weekend into our brand new house and of course need a few items. My fiancé sent me to get some things and I asked Lawrence where to find those items. Anyways I must have been searching for 2-3 mins and Lawrence came to see how I was doing, I told him good however I couldn’t find the item that the store was suppose to carry 20 of. Lawrence went above and beyond to help me by finding a replacement and was able to help me grab all the items I needed. Thanks again Lawrence for all your help!!

When I last visited this store the gentleman at the customer service desk was great! He was polite, quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately I don't recall his name but a big thank you to whomever it was.
