l love the European experience of being in a private room for your treatment. I had a fabulous pedicure with Lana and highly recommend her. I also had a Pure facial with Michelle that was wonderful. Highly recommend this spa!

Lana at shades is amazing! A podiatrist from the Ukraine, she is making toes beautiful here in Nanaimo! I went once as I got a GC for there, but I've been back regularly that past 4 months

Hot stone massage by René was the BEST ever. She really knows her stuff, very skilled, focused, just the amount of pressure. Her work is truly therapeutic and very relaxing.The pedicure was done by Svetlana who is actually a degreed Podiatrist from Ukraine. She is AMAZING. My feet have never felt or looked better.These two employees are truly highly educated in their fields. Bonnie, the lovely owner of Shades is very fortunate to have both these therapists. You would normally find this degree of skill in a more medical environment, they are that knowledgeable. René and Lana are exemplary! ✨✨✨✨✨
