The owner Shannan is and expert colorist and master stylist who pays attention to details and only uses professional hair products. But it's also about the experience. Shannan makes your visit fun and educational all while being in her beautiful home studio overlooking Departure Bay in beautiful Nanaimo. I highly recommend her. 10 out of 10!!

With salons closing and everyone paranoid, your salon Shannan, would be my ‘go to’. Easy to maintain ‘social distancing’ when you do one client at a time. If my salon closes here I will be hopping on a boat for sure.
