I just converted from gas to a heat-pump, and JD Plumbing installed my new heat-pump and thermostat. I am so impressed with the new system! Jason came on the appointed time and completed the job in the time he said it would take. He was so efficient and professional, and took time to help me understand the system and functioning. And a shout out to Holly of JD Plumbing for instructing me on how to get all the rebates that are available. And if anyone is concerned about the noise of heat-pumps - don't be!
