We went to pick up our tree from the City of Nanaimo tree voucher program and ended up buying two more and a bunch of herbs because everything looked so healthy. Lots of parking, good prices, and super helpful staff when we needed to find things.

Great selection but not helpful for people who are disabled and try placing orders over phone. I placed a call for a few small items on hold for pickup for two hours and was rudely told they don’t do that. If it’s under $30 and someone is coming by in an hour to pay how is this accessible? I explained my problem and was rudely told they don’t offer that service. (After explaining I can’t walk and have someone on there way).Should I wheel my wheelchair from Jingle Pot and find a way to carry a 20pd bag of sand plus soil and pots? I can understand if this was a large amount of space or big order but it was $40.I have spent over a thousand dollars here and will continue... read full review

While living up island in country is great, selection of nurseries is limited now that Cottage Wood has closed.Found this one online while surfing Nanaimo nurseries on line…..it’s huge.Still early in the season, so will be back in a couple of weeks when they have more stuff ready for selection.Looking forward to making this my nursery of choice…
