Excellent commercial truck tire service. I went in for two new steer tires, and the tire technicians wound up saving me a ton of money and grief on the other tires on the truck that I already owned. They corrected the mistakes of others, ensuring I'll be getting more life out of every tire on my truck, not just the new ones.

Drove down island to nanaimo for my kid's appointment at the hospital. We are just about to leave and my hubby calls and says he is locked out of the house (garage door stopped working). Now I need to get back home in time to pick my other kids up from daycare as he has no boosters seats in his work truck. Then I get a nail in my tire. Desperate, I call Fountain Tire. They said "we'll fit you in". What a relief! They were absolute gems! Kind and courteous and did. Great job too! Back on the road so quick on a day when it really mattered, thanks guys!!
