My wife and I had some pretty lousy house cleaning done before so we were a little anxious and were ensure about using a new cleaning service for our 1st time in Nanaimo. I must say that we were extremely surprised by the quality of the work accomplished by the 2 young girls who came to clean our apartment. They completed not only our list of things to do but also took initiative to go beyond in some areas that we forgot to mention. We were very pleased with their work. We will use their services again and do not hesitate to recommend the services provided by Emerald Maid. Thank you

What a wonderful experience we've just had! We finally made the uncomfortable, rather embarrassing (to us) decision to bring someone in to help us with tasks around our condo. We both have physical limitations that have resulted in the housework getting away from us.A quick reply to my first inquiring email, and a very sympathetic, understanding and non-judgmental phonecall later and we were setup for the first visit.Oh my!! The first visit was awesome. The young lady who came did more in two hours than I can do in two weeks. She had swept and washed all our floors, stripped and remade the beds, taken all the accumulated garbage and recycling out, and I can't... read full review

I contacted Georgina for a move in clean with short notice- not only did she fit me in, the cleaner (Marina)stayed longer than planned to ensure that the job was done. I am so pleased. The job was very well done and thorough! Customer service 5/5, cleaning 5/5. Absolutely would use their service again.
