A very quick response to my call for help with a leak that was backing up into our attic and causing damage to our insulation. The work was done very quickly and everything was explained in detail to me. Our roofer, Chato, was very professional, and kind. We would definitely highly recommend Else Roofing. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Else Roofing!I was looking to get a small metal roof and skylight replaced on a tiny house that was improperly installed by the original builder. I had called several roofing companies but most were booking into the winter or next year.When I called James at Else Roofing he was able to squeeze me into his schedule right away because it was a small job. He came by the following day to give me a quote and explained the scope of his work. Him and his crew showed up one day later and replaced the roof. We had Else Roofing perform some work for us. They were a pleasure to do business with and performed their work quickly. We did have an issue with their work that arose about a year later, but we talked with Else Roofing about it and they worked with us to find a resolution to the problem.
