Recommended to me by a couple of my coworkers, I took my van here to take care of an oil leak.
Alan and the rest were excellent and the total cost of work was reasonable and less than I was prepared for.
We also took another vehicle there about a month ago. Alan helped to get it back up and running as well as gave us great advice and options how we could proceed. Everything coincided with what we knew and expected.
Will I use them again… absolutely.
Would I recommend them… absolutely.
Been having car problems with my 10 year old vehicle, and the team here got it back on the road and running smoothly. Fair pricing and Al is knowledgeable and always had time for my questions. I recommend these guys to all my friends. Can't say enough good things about Departure Bay Auto Service!
Absolutely amazing Mechanic! I previously took my car to another Mechanic and they were not able to diagnose and fix the problem, but Departure Bay Automotive did!! AND in a timely manner!
