I have an older Lennox heat pump, and had just moved into my 1940s era character home in Nanaimo in Sept. 2024. My home inspector recommended a heat pump specialist come and go over the system. The Coastal Energy tech came on time, reviewed all the things with me that he looked at and found, and gave me tips about what I could do myself to keep the system working well. He arrived on time, did not push any unneeded or unwanted products on me but instead offered a timely proactive problem solution by replacing the capacitor at a fair price.
