What a pleasure to find a competent AND honest plumber!
We had a very complex problem with our water heater (which turned out to be a leaking pipe in the wall-not the water heater). They sent us a bill for the hours spent (considerable).
When I called to query the very high bill they immediately acknowledged that a large part of it was due to their initial misdiagnosis and sent me a new bill for approximately 1/3 of the original one. This is the way business used to be conducted. Sadly very hard to find today.

Woohoo! Had a problem with our heat pump called AJPH Ian arrived checked everything out and informed us that the fan motor on the outside unit needed to be replaced within two days received call from AJPH they had tracked down the part and gave us an estimate Ian came back the next day and replaced the motor it runs like new thanks Ian 100% professional very respectful of our home and animals have used AJPH for years and will continue to do so the office staff are awesome and great to work with thanks for looking after us highly recommended!
