I always love to choose a local shop over a dealership and Precise is a huge part of that. They always have great and friendly communication over the phone and in the shop, especially Adrian and James. The Hammond Bay location will now be my neighbourhood go to shop as they provide quick and reasonably priced service and you can't beat the location!10/10 :)

Adrian and his staff at Precise mechanical are personable, professional, efficient and trustworthy.They diagnosed the issue and to their credit they said it should be under warranty with the dealer.They are definitely my new go to shop!

This is the best place to bring your car for repairs. The costumer services is beyond you can expected, the service is quick and reasonably price. If I ever need car repairs and I’m in Nanaimo this is the place I will come for my car repairs!
