I have been dealing with William and Tires plus for several years now and have had no issues there are very upfront and honest and personable to me. So when I read a review from Dan Smith under these reviews and saw he gave one star I have to say to him sour grapes. When you buy tire from another store and go to them for exchanging and balancing and not buying from them I think that is not good business. These people at Tires Plus are in the business of selling tires so why should they give you the same deal they give people who buy from them? They are in the business of making money to live as well.

Amazing young entrepreneur in growing business. Humble.Professional. Honest. Great service. Totally recommend to all. Love the tires and timely application to my truck (ordered and on within 24 hours despite being at the most busy time of their year). Nice job, Matt, William and team!

Came in with no appointment on a friday with a nail in my tire.I was in a panic as i had to be at airport soon and went to a few local mission tire repair businesses and they either didnt have many staff that day or were just too busy to help me,would of been 2.5 hour wait minimum i was told,thought i would try these guys and to my surprise after talking to them and explaining my situation they got me in right away,which i am so grateful,talk about stellar customer service,needless to say i am happy to now be a customer of theirs and being a local business man in mission with a small fleet of vehicles i will be using them for my go to guys.thank you once again...paul
