Mike was truly fantastic! Extremely professional, on time and very thorough. He was patient with me while I ask him to check several locations and he gave me great tips on what I could do to prevent further issues! He found the source of our problem and made me feel confident that it would be take. Care of. I would highly recommend this company, especially Mike as the technician.
Cameron is amazing!!! He is very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time to investigate where the rodent problems are coming from and comes up with a plan to keep them out.
After finding a nest starting to form inside my roof, I contacted bug man. They came in less than a week, were on time and prompt with their treatment of the disaster attempting to build in my home. Had clear instructions on how to move forward and was very polite even though I was late getting back home to greet them. I am a fan of fixing my own problems but wkrh this I needed a professional, would use again but hopefully won't have to.
