Had trouble starting my Honda generator. Brought it to Prospect Equipment to check out and was helped by Gary to process the work. The work was completed within the estimated time frame. The invoice was detailed with the work done and the parts replaced. The charge for the work was reasonable. The old parts were bagged and attached to the handle of the generator. This is small detail gave me the confidence that the work was done by a professional and caring shop. I will definitely continue to do business with and will highly recommend Prospect Equipment.

Had different dealer try to put a new chain on my chainsaw. They put it on backwards and messed up the brake. Came to Prospect and they fixed the chain and the brake in a matter of minutes.
