Excellent experience, I definitely have to say the customer service is what you expect when it come to a small business in mission, and that's exactly what I got . Yes I might of only purchased a lawn mower blade but it's the knowledge and kindness of the employees that have my business for years come. Not to mention the price was actually better then the big box store and they had it in stock not like the other store.

Dropped My saw off. It wasn't running properly a couple weeks later, got a call from these guys. Saw was ready for pickup, running beautifully.great service , reasonable prices
I had 2 recent dealings with Prospect Equipment. The first ....took my lawnmower in for a service ( first service in 5 years) . They did a great job and at a fair price.
The second time.... my gas trimmer needed ( I thought) a new trimmer head. Cody told me they had lots of trimmer heads, and they could find one for me. Just bring it down. I took the trimmer in, and he took it into the back. He came back and told me he could sell me a new trimmer head, but that he cleaned up my old head, and there is now nothing wrong with it. He was right... it works like a charm. He spent about 30 mins in the back, fixing the trimmer and then another 20 mins out front,...read full review
