They helped out by providing another vet clinic with medication (my dog had a medical crisis). They gave me advice, 2nd opinion, and knowledge when I needed to care for a dog with lifelong medical issues. Lastly, when I needed to clip the nails of a giant breed dog who became highly aggressive when approached with nail clippers.... I got a crash course on how to secure a second muzzle to protect people holding the dog down for me to clip nails. Thanks to them, nobody was harmed or the dog. It's easy for folks to blame vets when it comes to pet care. However, this is a clinic that people can trust with the lives of their pets. (Vets can't always cure or prevent the loss of a pet, but these folks will do their best to prevent poor outcomes.)“
