Owners appreciate the convenient dog shower and weigh-in room, and they can always find their pet's favorite food at no worse and often better prices than elsewhere. I have been shopping there for over 13 years. I love the staff… we have shared laughter over our animals’ adventure stories. What I love the most about this store, is their kindness and willingness to help me as I battle autoimmune disease and severe chronic illnesses with poor prognosis. They have carried animal supplies to my car, helped advise me on animal care, and delivered supplies outside the standard delivery day to ensure my pack of critters had supplies they needed. When I couldn’t physically or safely get myself to the store to shop… they went out of their way to help out. They didn’t have to help, but they chose to. I will be eternally grateful for everything they have done for me and my fur babies.❤️
Awesome customer Service the fish tanks look amazing now and I walked in and everyone was super informative and and helpful especially Monica and the new Girl sorry I didn’t get your name I’ll definitely drive Extra mile to get what I need from just the there best customer service.
