I have been coming to Mission Hills Chiropractic and Massage for over 5 years now. Most recently I have been seeing Dr. Ryan Kowalski for all of 2024. What an amazing clinic. Ryan and the entire staff have been life giving and are community builders. My body has been moving in the right direction under their exceptional care. Five walnut cracks out of five!

I have been going to Mission Hills for almost 10 years and they are amazing. The new owner, Ryan Kowalski is fantastic. Not only is he very personable but he actually listens when you are talking to him, you can see in his eyes that he deeply cares about what he is doing and wants the best for his patients. Like the last owner, the receptionist is amazing as well! Very organized and everything is always on time.

I have been going to Mission Hills Chiropractic & Massage for over a year. Ryan is an amazing chiropractor. My body has been affected by CPTSD(brain developed in amygdala(fight/flight/ freeze) brain)and with Ryan’s knowledge he has been able to alleviate the pressure when my muscles don’t relax enough. I have a few injuries and I am able to function without as much pain. Thank you to the amazing staff who are friendly and courteous as well. I won’t be going anywhere else.
