Robert does an excellent job on the computers fixed mine right up and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Pricing is very resonable. Has a great sense of humor. Will always take our computers to him!!

I highly recommend I KNOW A GUY! Go here for laptop repairs or any other kind of device without a doubt. My laptop screen suddenly turned off a week ago and didn't turn on again. First, I connected it to the TV with an HDMI cable and saw that it worked properly, then I thought that the screen cable or the screen itself was damaged. I was very disappointed because I couldn't afford to buy a new laptop. I took my laptop to I KNOW A GUY and he fixed it within ten minutes. It turned out that there was no problem with the screen or cable and fortunately no parts were needed. He also installed a Windows for me. He even didn't take any money from me.... read full review

I had a large external hard drive that started to die on me and had over 10 years of pictures stored on there (I know, I know, horrible idea not having a back up plan).
Anyways, I brought my external drive to Robert and he checked it all over and was able to provide me with absolutely crucial information in order to save these files.
