I can't say enough good things about this clinic. Their staff are professional, helpful and go the mile to help out. They helped out by providing another vet clinic with medication (my dog had a medical crisis). They gave me advice, 2nd opinion, and knowledge when I needed to care for a dog with lifelong medical issues. Lastly, when I needed to clip the nails of a giant breed dog who became highly aggressive when approached with nail clippers.... I got a crash course on how to secure a second muzzle to protect people holding the dog down for me to clip nails. Thanks to them, nobody was harmed or the dog. They charged another exam fee for a booster shot even though my dog just had an exam. The Dr just spent 15 minutes trying to upsell meds and barely looked at the dog. Its too bad because the first Dr who did the initial exam previously was great. She did a very detailed health assessment and was quite knowledgeable and good at explaining in all. She also didnt try to sell me anything.
