“After carefully researching stoves as potential replacements for a Blaze King that wasn't working well for my home due to limited draw, I decided to seek out a Pacific Energy stove. Specifically, the T5 in brown enamel. Having decided upon the stove, I next looked for dealers. There were none in my immediate area (Bellingham, Washington).

So I looked south, in Washington state, where I found some good choices, and I looked North, to Vancouver, before researching the potential benefits of a ferry ride to Vancouver Island. Turns out PE factors in the cost of shipping and picking up my stove from a dealer close to the factory would save me considerable money (even accounting for the cost of travel).

So I began working with South Island Fireplace. First with Al and then, when he went out of town on vacation, with Dallas. Both guys are top notch human beings. The store they're employed by is equally top notch, empowering these guys to be so good with their customers. They were honest, kind, knowledgeable, generous and incredibly good to work with. They bent over backwards to make this a great experience.

I'm an honest reviewer. I'm not an easy grader. But I'm loyal when I'm treated well. South Island Fireplace has earned my loyalty and full-throated endorsement. They are awesome.
