I went in to Pet Valu today. There was a gentleman that clearly loved dogs. He focused on gaining the trust of my timid dog, through play and rewards. Was a free training session. Thank you! We will shop again! (Merritt)

Very helpful and friendly staff! My dog loves shopping there - lol! I also truly appreciate the support they provided when my little dog was left in the vehicle for a couple of minutes. Someone tried to make an unfounded claim and the store staff dealt with it fairly and honestly, with the bests interests of the dog in mind. A HUGE THANK YOU FOR THAT!

So much food for my super fussy eater of a dog. She needs to rotate and there is a lot to shuffle for her. Some of the toys are a little pricey, but again, there's a lot to choose from. My dog is aggressive with her chewing so nothing here has yet passed the 10 minute test yet. A lot are super cute though, so my wife buys a lot to test.
