We had truck issues coming into Merritt. The next day we were scheduled to be on the ferry as we were heading to Vancouver Island for 6 mo. We showed up at Napa first thing in the morning with no appointment. They went above and beyond, worked on our truck till 3pm. Discovered it was an air sensor. Got us back on the road, even hooked up our cargo trailer for us. Their service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. What a great and caring team. My tire blew up on the way back from Penticton to Vancouver, Fountain Tire helped me install a new tire on Monday morning but I was struggling to find a place to do a four-wheel alignment on the same day before I hit the road again. After called like dozen numbers, NAPA AUTOPRO is the only place in town that can do the alignment check at the same day, the staff are very kind, they have a detailed report on the alignment check and even did a courtesy inspection for me. Brought my F250 in that was experiencing a difficult to diagnose computer issue with no hard code. Adam was able to correctly diagnose and took the time so solve the puzzle instead of just throwing parts at it.
