“Used Copper Valley for the first time. We got home from holidays during a heatwave to find out our AC was not working. I called and was told likely a few days before they could come out (understandably) but a couple hours later they called back with availability that day. They diagnosed my issue and ordered parts right away. We survived the intense heat and they came back to fix it up. Realized he made an error in his diagnosis and discounted our bill. Great communication, great service, arrived on time and was determined to get the problem fixed. We will for sure call them in the future if we need anything.“
