Great owner! Nice spot and relaxing. Fair pricing too. Just a few suggests please...maybe capitalize on a small general store to sell say some essentials and marshmallows etc! Our microwave didn't work to nicely know and there are very minimal outlets for plug ins which make it difficult. Very small fridge just to know folks so keep that in mind too. Still 5 stars though as cabin was very clean! Hope my suggests help. I will tell many of this place.

Call me a soft city slicker but the cabins were a little too rustic for me. Okay I am a big old softee...I admit it.

I had a wonderful couple days. The location is amazing and inspite of the high 30's heat in Merritt the on like temperature was pleasant. Staff were amazing and I loved the diversity of the lake with deep and shallows flats. I caught a fish of a lifetime measuring just over 30 inches (sorry no weight as I was not going to lift this beauty out of the water and risk injuring it. It's still there for someone to catch.

We went there for an escape from the city. What a nice place! We did not fish but were paddle boarding and swimming.The scenery is beautiful, and because only guests can use the lake, the place is very private. The cabin contained all the necessities: a full kitchen with a dining area, a good-sized living room, small office area, and the washroom.Nice accents throughout, and pretty much everything is made of natural wood which adds charm.The staff is very nice and helpful.Thank you and we will definitely come back.
