CSN Merritt was such a good experience. My repair was handled efficiently and quickly, and the end result is like brand new including an inside/outside clean that almost felt like it had been detailed. No one would even know all the damage that deer did!! And really importantly they were incredibly professional, and super warm and friendly. I felt confident leaving it in their hands snd I felt well looked after. Haha and their take-home advertising pens write very well!

We had truck issues coming into Merritt. The next day we were scheduled to be on the ferry as we were heading to Vancouver Island for 6 mo. We showed up at Napa first thing in the morning with no appointment. They went above and beyond, worked on our truck till 3pm. Discovered it was an air sensor. Got us back on the road, even hooked up our cargo trailer for us. Their service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. What a great and caring team. Thanks to them we had a great trip for the remainder of our time on the road.
I changed the tires at home, but the four tire screws should be rusty, and I couldn't unscrew them anyway. I went to Fountain Tire, and the front desk staff was having lunch. He stopped eating and went to the workshop to get it by himself. A professional tool helped me loosen all the screws, no charge! It feels so good! What a great day!
Dr.Molnar is a fantastic vet who is in it to help the animals! Very happy with him and the care he provides our dogs.

She is very thorough for what she does and will ensure that everything is perfect plus spa room she has is very clean and cozy. Highly recommended if ever you decide to visit or stay for work in Merritt. I would definitely come back!!!
Absolutely amazing service. My father's computer was compromised and I live too far away to help. Jason answered right away and not only did Jason clean it, he also recommended which passwords for my dad to change, and noted the source of the attack for the banks fraud department (along with listing all specific malware that had been installed). This all done at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Jason!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Our family of 5 was on our way to Alberta and broke down between Merritt and hope on the Canada Day long weekend. Called around and when Roscos owner Russ heard our plight and that we had a 16 month old baby in tow agreed to help
And look at the car. The tow driver on the way there said we were going to a reliable shop. He was right! Roscos diagnosed the problem and was able to fix our radiator and get us back on the road. He called when he said he would and even though we were desperate only fixed what was needed and charged a very fair price! Saved our trip!
An amazing doctor. Knowledgeable, straight forward and to the point. Listens and very attentive to both my children who they have seen for 16 years.

You won't find anyone who cares about the customer more than John.He hit a home run with my last hearing aids.I used to play the TV so loud that the neighbors could probably hear it.Now my family has to ask me to turn it up.Highly recommend access hearing.
Great owner! Nice spot and relaxing. Fair pricing too. Just a few suggests please...maybe capitalize on a small general store to sell say some essentials and marshmallows etc! Our microwave didn't work to nicely know and there are very minimal outlets for plug ins which make it difficult. Very small fridge just to know folks so keep that in mind too. Still 5 stars though as cabin was very clean! Hope my suggests help. I will tell many of this place.

My wife had a tire warning light come on driving down the Coq. She stopped in and the Mgr and tire tech looked at her car right away and told her that the tire was not punctured, filled it with air and she was on her way. Great service and friendly staff.
Ashley is so amazing! Super patient , kind and very understanding of your pet's special needs , anxieties and/or quirks. Whatever it is - she works with them - gaining trust each appointment. Each grooming time I see our pup become more relaxed and less stressed. Ashley has gained our admiration and our pup's trust. We received a Christmas stocking today after her groom that is packed full with essentials and treats - so very unexpected , kind and sweet! Go see our local "dog whisperer" at Fetch. You and your pup(s) will not be disappointed.

All the staff at Mellah Leuca Day Spa is very welcoming, friendly and happy to have anytime you walk in. Whether it be a mani, pedi, lash fill or massage.. I’ve always been in the most comfortable setting. It’s the best place to relax, have a good laugh, bring a friend, talk- or don’t talk if it’s a quiet service like a massage? I am always super happy and satisfied with my services when I walk out. I always make sure to prebook for my next appointment when I leave to ensure a spot for my next fill/services. Come to Mellah Leuca, you won’t be disappointed!
Excellent service, did not push unecessary repairs, completed a diagnosis efficiently and took time to answer follow up questions. The drawback here is the wait time to get in. DCS has an excellent reputation in town, would be glad to see you guys expand.

I also truly appreciate the support they provided when my little dog was left in the vehicle for a couple of minutes. Someone tried to make an unfounded claim and the store staff dealt with it fairly and honestly, with the bests interests of the dog in mind. A HUGE THANK YOU FOR THAT!
Used Copper Valley for the first time. We got home from holidays during a heatwave to find out our AC was not working. I called and was told likely a few days before they could come out (understandably) but a couple hours later they called back with availability that day. They diagnosed my issue and ordered parts right away. We survived the intense heat and they came back to fix it up. Realized he made an error in his diagnosis and discounted our bill. Great communication, great service, arrived on time and was determined to get the problem fixed. We will for sure call them in the future if we need anything.
Have been to a lot of different clinics and I walked out of this one feeling really great ! Love that there’s weekend appointments for us who work the typical 9-5, 10/10 recommend and will be going back and recommending it to everyone :)
