“Just finished my first CrossFit class, and I might be hooked! The vibe was amazing—everyone was super friendly, like they knew a secret to fitness happiness. The coach was fantastic, making sure I didn’t accidentally deadlift my way to the ER.

The rest of the team were all nice and welcoming as well2) The facility: the gym has plenty of space and also a proper weight room upstairs.
