Last week we had yet another heavy rainfall as is becoming quite a regular thing. My good friend called me up on a Tuesday night very emotional and upset that her roof had stung yet another leak. The following morning at 8am I called Taves roofing. Within less than 10 minutes, technician Tim called me back. I gave him some background information on my friend’s situation. He arranged to meet me that same day at her home at 11am for an assessment. Tim came out, checked the damage, gave a quote, then went straight to work on tarping the damaged areas. After the first good rainfall I found a leak in one of my roof vents. I looked up the three top rated roofing companies in my area, but wasn’t able to get a technician on the phone until the following day. Taves was recommended from a hard working honest roofer who my mom used for years. After calling Taves I received a call back within the hour. Tim was able to make it on site an hour after our phone call. He was honest, punctual and easy to deal with. He assessed my roof, and only repaired what required it. I was very pleased with the service I received from Taves Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be using them in the future.
Cory was very upfront, honest, punctual and knowledgeable. Booked an appointment quickly and showed up on time. Everything went as expected and he was hopefully able to fix our leaking roof.
