I was very happy with the fast service I recieved from mark he was on time and work was done fast and completed very polite gentleman and will for sure ask for Mark if we need extra work done thank you roto rooter and especially Mark.
Jaymo came in again today August 5th to fix my bathroom faucet. Even without a cell phone and credit card, Roto-Rooter is very accommodating. He still had a few minutes and he helped me a carry a few heavy items. He went above & beyond what was required and as an older lady, I truly appreciated his help. Very competent and thoughtful service...I highly recommend them!
So happy with the service.
I called first thing in the morning, they were out within a couple hours.
In the midst of starting the service the tech's equipment failed. With that being said they had another tech out within the hour.
Super courteous, great work, even cleaned my sink after. Above and beyond in my eye.
Will be using them again is needed for sure. We'll done Roto-Rooter!!!
