We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Austin from this company!! From start to finish he was super knowledgeable and respectful (shoes off outside at the door). Booked an appointment with JJ's Plumbing to fix a clogged sewer line.They arrived on time in a clean professional looking service van.The young lad introduced himself as Shaun and with a big smile on his face said " so how may I help you?"I informed him of the plumbing layout of our house and explained our problem with 2 toilets and bathtubs in the basement that were clogged and would not drain.Without hesitation he said " there's a problem with the main sewer line".Immediately he opened the wall drain and inserted his Milwaukee augar into the opening and after reaching the 50 foot plus line the tub began draining and toilet burping, he had... read full review

The Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He observed carefully, did some troubleshooting, and found the real cause of the issue. He discussed with me some options. He ended up installing a new valve. The charge rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.Service: Plumbing leak repair
