I was looking for a groomer to handstrip my terrier, Boots, as my current groomer no longer does that. And the price I was getting has been apparently amazing so relaity sets in and I am facing to pay triple or do it myself. I reached out to HotDogz the very first call I made looking for handstripping service. Had a great chat with Derek and long story short he said come by and we will teach you how to do it yourself.
So i went in and from beginning to end it was a great experience. I got a quick tutorial on handstripping and what tool(s) to use. Suzy (spelling?) even clipped his nails and shave a couple spots to make him look handsome again

It was a pleasant, friendly and professional experience from the first contact with Derek to the finished grooming by Susie.Lovely couple. Our little shih tzu is very timid and anxious around people but she seemed comfortable with Susie. I like the fact that you can walk in at any time during the grooming and they will let you see what’s going on. The last groomer I took her to came to the car to get her and I had to call when I was back so she could bring her out to the car.

Our German Shepherd always leaves Hot Dogz looking and smelling great, wearing a cute bandana to boot. You can tell they really are dog lovers - I won’t bring my dog anywhere else!
