We hired Exel Roofing -(Thedy and his team)to do an EPDM roof on our new house. They were friendly, punctual ,and on Budget with their quote. The workmanship was first class ,and they were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use them again and recommend them very highly.
We had Excel re roof our duplex which had over 2,000 sq feet of flat roof and the same area of complex pitched roof in February 2022. For the flat roof we chose TPO for its performance and environmental qualities and are glad we did. It helps keep the place cooler in the summer. Asphalt shingles were used for the pitched roof. They were very cost competitive and However the best thing about Excel was the people who work there. They are like a family and treat their customers as part of the family. They listen, work very hard, provide excellent suggestions and seem to enjoy working with each other. They exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them.
