At the Maple Ridge location, Tyler was really helpful and easy to work with. The installer arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with their service.
The carpet looks fantastic. The cost was exactly what was quoted. I will definitely work with End Of The Roll again.
I had carpet installed in the bedrooms as well as laminate in the upper hall and landing. Unfortunately sometimes the install does not go quite as you hoped. I contacted End of the Roll as well as the subcontractor. They sent Ken and Chris who really did amazing work. Professional in every way and I could not be happier with their craftsmanship. Both End of the Roll and Windmill Flooring really do care about customer satisfaction. I am 100% satisfied with the end result and the professionalism from both companies!
My wife and I are moving to Alberta and wanted to pick out the carpet for the new house. Kerry at this location was so kind to let us browse their inventory and gave us his opinions even though he knew he wasn't getting a sale from us. It's amazing how friendly and professional we were taken cared of, even though we weren't going to be their customer. If you're thinking of new floors, I would highly recommend this store as they have so much inventory, access to a lot of great products, and of course friendly and knowledgeable staff.
