Unprofessional experience. Got alopecia injections, asked her to stop because of pain and only stopped because I swore at her to stop. Said I needed to catch my breath and she just kept going. I now have a phobia of needles and it’s made my life a lot more difficult.

I have horrible eczema on my hands, and didn’t want to be prescribed anymore steroid creams. I waited in the waiting room, my name got called. She looked at my hands, and said “you have eczema.” I was prescribed yet another steroid cream that I didn’t want. I told her I didn’t want it. She gave it to me anyways in case I “changed my mind”. I asked what the other options were. She proceeded to talk about the steroid cream and how it would help. Yet none have helped me. I gave up at that point because it was clear she didn’t care. I was done talking to her within 5 minutes, probably less. I won’t be going back.
This is not for Dr. Sylvia, more for the aesthetician. I had couple session micro-needling for acne and acne scar improvement. The whole session didn’t get supervised by doctor and the result is getting worse after the sessions. Totally feel like waste of money. Do not recommend
