I have continued to be impressed with Big Valley! We recently had their technician Nick in to repair our on demand hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable, and explained things thoroughly on the invoice, which I appreciated. He even took the time to make a minor repair on our furnace that he spotted while in the mechanical room, at no charge!

We used this company to assist my mother in law with her furnace as the fan was constantly on. Right from the first call I made to the follow up from their staff to the technician confirming his appointment they were all professional, helpful and understanding. The problem was fixed along with a service to clean the furnace and a new fan belt. I was really impressed and would highly recommend this company.
