For the past 12 years I’ve had issues with my knees and recently have gotten worse where I couldn’t even sit cross legged for extensive periods of times. Recently I also have tendonitis on my right elbow and it was interfering with my day to day activities. Even lifting a frying pan was a difficult task. I was taking pain killers and as well tried acupunture treatments but nothing seemed to rid of these issues. Headaches and neck pains were also an issue throughout these years. So you can see I was looking for anything that can help and one thing I definitely do not want to do was to continually rely on pain killers as they will damage your liver and cause other complications.

I have had headaches 2-3 times a week for long as I can remember. They started from my neck up, to my head, and then sometimes they would lead to my eyes so even the slightest bit of light would be painful. In sports this issue was much worse since, I knew that I was guaranteed to get neck pains and headaches, and 100% of the time the only way I would feel better was with pain killers.At Active Life Chiropractor, with the help of Dr. Jason and the wondaful staff I can gladly say that my headaches have lessened by a lot. Jason & Leena are absolutely amazing to deal with, love the relaxed yet friendly environment here. You can tell they really care about each patient. Highly recommend this office!!!
