I received exceptional service from Autumn and another sales associate who were both able to guide me through some re-keying and other services. Curtis, was also great - he actually accommodated an additional lock that I failed to schedule within the appointment time. I also received several copies of the keys so this saved me another trip. We just had Curtis over to repair a window at the front of our house. He came by last week, measured the window, and explained the process. He was back first thing this morning and had it replaced in no time.Both times Curtis came by he was running about 5 minutes early (I personally love this) and called to let us know what was going on and ask if it was okay that he showed up a few minutes early.Curtis is extremely professional, polite, and exemplifies what a great employee is.I will absolutely use Accent Glass and Locksmith for any glass or locksmith needs going forward.10/10

We had a set of keys go missing so to be on the safe side, we had our house rekeyed.Curtis did an excellent job. He made sure that the locks worked efficiently. No hang ups or sticking.He also replaced 2 door handles that old age had worn them out.I would have them do some work for us again, if we have a need for it and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any locksmith work that anyone needs to have done.
