This guy is the real deal. Very professional, does what he says he’ll do when he said he do it. Fair price, great workmanship and best of all... thinks outside the box! Only contractor to propose something a little different that made a BIG difference
We needed to replace our hot water tank and furnace in our manufactured home. We were referred by an associate to Twin Creeks Heating and Air Conditioning and I 'm so glad we were! Sam Caskey and his company provided the most outstanding customer service at a very reasonable price. He followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied and he also helped us with the rebate application. We had a problem and our roofer noted that the flashing should be replaced where the furnace was installed. This was not due to Sam's work but the previous owners repair person. I had a Valor fireplace installed by Twin Creeks Heating and Air Conditioning in 2011 and I totally love it. Sam installed it and he did a super job. He also services my furnace for me in September. He is quick and courteous and I would recommend him.SharonLangley, BC
