Both my husband & I spent over $600 each on our glasses and we opted for the coating when it was suggested by the technician - now the coating is detaching to the point that it’s impairing our vision. We made a personal visit back to show the problem and the principal who was there when we originally purchased merely informed us they were past warranty date. She just looked at us unwilling to help at all. I asked if this is what she usually expects from three year old glasses and she said ‘mine didn’t do that’ - with the cost of living going up we want to warn others requiring glasses that this company DOES NOT stand behind their product leaving us with and unexpected...read full review

Yesterday I spent nearly an hour searching unsuccessfully for an item in your weekly flyer. I asked three people and they all gave me the wrong information. Finally I approached another; he was working in the meat dept. He looked and asked others and came back to tell me the item didn't seem to be available.I'm sure he had other things to do besides helping me. His name is Allen Harper. I would like to give him five stars for his assistance, kindness and friendliness. I would give him more than five if I could.Thank you,Norma Leith

A cashier that most be new there told me that she would have to cancel my entire order when I asked for a price check if it took too long. Called the store manager never called back to apologize. Took a picture after I payed and left.The price that she scanned was wrong.
