I had a leak in my water heater and called another company first unfortunately. Without any info they said to replace to entire water tank. I live in langley and called Murrayville Plumbing. They were kind enough to go into detail with me over the phone and it was quite clear that a single part needed replacing. They clearly explained the cost and process and even gave me a couple options for alternative fixes. The plumber (Tony) came and repaired the part as they had suggested. Tony was honest, polite and super efficient. They saved me on a Friday and the price was great in the end! I wholeheartedly recommend them.“

Stupid Rai Plumbing installed my Navien System in 2021. Been dealing with fluctuating temp ever since. They’ve had multiple return visits in 2022 and 2023 to my unit to get it fixed. Replaced parts. No dice.

Fast forward now, Les came and fixed my issue in the first hour of the repair. He found out that they configured it wrong and corrected the issue. Hard to find people that actually cares about their jobs!
