From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them. At the end, Chris took the time to show them how to use and program their new thermostat, and then wrote down the instructions, which is a huge help. I would highly recommend Phoenix HVAC, it was an excellent installation at a great price.
