It’s just like every other pet smart, but for some reason it’s poorly organized and unfortunately the staff were occupied with dog training classes, so no one was around to offer assistance. Overall the same experience you’ll have at any location, nothing particularly special. They should install a cart return outside in the parking lot.

Seriously impressed. Great communication, and lovely team. Mom was so impressed. The price is so reasonable for retired people and the results are above the price and so was the atmosphere and greeting. Rebecca was wonderful and so too her colleagues. Taking Sonya’s brother Saxon next week. I don’t trust easily. This place earned my trust.
