Pnwk are amazing! I have a difficult dog to look after and they only place I trust to look after him. He can be very reactive but they have the patience and knowledge to deal with him. The enhanced runs are perfect for him

The staff here are genuinely kind and clearly love the animals. I've boarded my dogs here multiple times, and they've always been well cared for and come home happy, which gives me peace of mind. That being said, the communication is lacking. It's extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone, even after trying multiple times over several days. I understand things get busy, but in situations where you need to cancel, ask a question, or — worst case — handle an emergency, it's frustrating not being able to reach anyone promptly. Great pet care, but unreliable communication.

Recently we were looking for a kennel when we could board our 7 month old pup. We reviewed your kennel on line and most reviews were pretty good We visited your kennel and actually got to leave our pup with you for an assessment day Your staff was very friendly and seemed very attentive My only concern was that it appeared that you were in a stage of renovation and things didn’t appear as clean and tidy as one would expect.
