Wow! There are wonderful people at this location. I'm a senior so Dr. Sona did a thorough check of my eyes to rule out any disease or problems, all the while taking the time to explain each step. Thank you for a clean bill of health. Moving on to ordering my glasses, I met Storm and Renuka (the manager). These young women work together - the respect they have for each other and their clients is amazing and I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed as they walked me through the process, from insurance to fitting. I'm looking forward to receiving my new glasses and visiting the store again. Thank you once more for such a pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience here. Renuka even changed out my nose pads due to discomfort on previous prescription from another place for free which is what made me get my new prescription with them. Wonderful service. A+ in customer service

Hi I bought 2 pair of glasses from Optiks. They had great selection, good pricing and Renuka gave me great service. I definitely recommend Optiks to anyone who is thinking of getting glasses. They stand by their products.
